A long battle with the council over permitted development rights was finally resolved by way of a S192 appeal.

Ken Parke Planning advised our clients that they had permitted development rights to extend to the principal elevation of their dwelling.  Works of implementation were undertaken and a s192 application to confirm works to complete the application was submitted to the council.

The council refused the application and an appeal lodged.  The appeal was dismissed but we successfully challenged the decision by way of judicial review on behalf of the applicants.  The appeal was then reconsidered and allowed.
