Ethan holds an undergraduate degree (Bsc) in Human Geography and has recently completed a Masters (Msc) in Planning and Development with Distinction, both from Cardiff University.
Having previously worked at the New Forest National Park Authority, including roles as planning officer and planning enforcement officer, Ethan has gained valuable experience dealing with a wide range of residential and agricultural development.
His strong background in public sector planning has given him a thorough understanding of the planning system and how it operates, especially in enforcement related issues.
At KPPC, Ethan’s experience makes him an integral member of the planning team where he works on a wide variety of projects.
He has valuable local experience too, having being born and raised in Bournemouth. He thoroughly enjoys working on schemes in his local area and playing a role in improving the built landscape.
When Ethan is not at work, he particularly enjoys running, tennis and hiking.
