Ken Parke Planning advised on this site over a period of approximately 3 years. We were initially approached for a site appraisal on this former NCP car park. The council resisted initial attempts to redevelop the site but two planning applications and appeals resulted in a successful scheme for a 4/5 storey block of 61 apartments.
The site was then purchased by another Ken Parke Planning client in 2014 and we were able to successfully obtain outline consent for up to 6 storeys and 74 units.
