Experienced planning manager and administrator Kat is an invaluable member of the team at KPPC Ltd.
She is responsible for the successful day to day operations of the firm’s busy offices and its high standards of customer service as well as the submission and management of all types of planning applications, appeals and enforcement issues.
These include Section 106 agreements and all aspects of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) financial contributions along with other demands of the planning system.
Kat is a highly methodical, organised and assertive manager with outstanding attention to detail and a phenomenal memory for dates, names, addresses and planning cases.
She has an in-depth knowledge of the planning system and its processes as well as a warm and welcoming manner.
Kat joined KPPC Ltd in 2006 after a successful career in the cruise and air services industry. She is considered the ‘oracle’ of the office who always knows what is going on!
Outside of work, Kat is the secretary for a grassroots football club and a dog boarder for Guide Dogs to support their advanced training programme.
