Ken Parke was able to push a large scale commercial development over the line when he was asked to deliver a deputation to New Forset District Council’s Planning Committee after an objection was received from the Town Council.
Ken’s written representations to the councillors and his speech at their committee meeting ensured that the scheme, on a designated regeneration site in Ringwood, was approved unanimously.
The commercial units will be used for business, office and storage uses.
