An Inspector allowed our appeal against Bournemouth Borough Council’s decision to refuse an application for a new dwelling on a vacant plot in Moordown, Bournemouth. The Planning Inspector agreed with our case that the proposed dwelling would not appear cramped or harmful to the character of the area and that no harmful overlooking would occur.
