KPPC is targeting new growth after celebrating its 21st anniversary.

We reached the milestone this month as we continue to serve clients across the region. We recently strengthened our team with the appointment town planning consultant Ethan Townsend as we build for future.

Ken Parke, who founded KPCC with wife Angela in 2003, said: “Our landmark anniversary is cause for celebration for all at the firm although we will not be resting on our laurels.

“Our passion for property and delivering unrivalled professional advice for our many valued clients remains undiminished as we set our sights on further growth of the business.

“I’m looking forward to many more years of helping clients navigate the planning system to deliver successful developments for the benefit of our communities and local economies.”

Our eight-strong team also includes senior associate planning consultant Adam Bennett and associate planning consultant James Blake. Angela Parke is financial director.

We serve clients across the south and nationwide, including property developers, land owners, affordable housing providers, pension fund managers, private individuals, householders and businesses. We held a party at the Hilton Hotel in Bournemouth last year to mark our 20th anniversary.
