The BCP Council draft local plan has been rejected by the Planning Inspectorate after a public examination.

Our Planning Director Adam Bennett spoke at the hearings in January – making representations about the flawed premises behind the document and its failure to meet national policy.

Now the council has the opportunity to re-engage with developers, planners, landowners and other stakeholders to devise a local plan which delivers the housing, development and infrastructure to allow the area to prosper and grow. We would be very willing to work with the council and other partners to help.
