LAST CALL FOR SITES FOR BCP LOCAL PLAN

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council’s ‘Call for Sites’ for its new Local Plan closes this Friday, August 29.

It is inviting landowners, developers and the public to suggest potential development sites for housing, employment, infrastructure and other uses.

The focus will be upon housing, but submissions can be made for any use that will help meet local needs.

BCP Council is pushing forwards with a BCP Local Plan following its decision taken to withdraw an earlier incarnation in June of this year.

We have been reaching out to our clients directly to discuss the preparation of submissions to continue to promote and support their sites and land interests.

The level of housing need is acute and the Council will need to consider all opportunities in a serious manner.
