Ken Parke Planning were excited to be involved with Brightspace Architects in this project to reinstate an old Art Deco style building in Fordingbridge to its original use as a cinema.
The scheme will refurbish the building to provide a 30 seat cinema with ancillary facilities and also provides 8 x 1 bedroom self contained apartments.
We were able to negotiate an acceptable scheme with the Planning Officers and the Council’s Planning Board voted unanimously in favour!
