Approval Delivers New Employment Investment to Fordingbridge
Ken Parke has secured planning permission for 900m2 of office floor space on a site outside the settlement boundary. We successfully argued that the existing site was employment land where policy supported intensification of employment development.
This was a complex application with many issues to address including development within the countryside, design, highways matters. The council accepted that material considerations supported economic growth and the design layout and form of the proposals was acceptable.
The proposals deliver new employment investment to Fordingbridge.
