An inspector has granted our appeal to demolish the existing house and erect 8 x 2 bedroom flats in a Special Character Area of Ferndown, Dorset.
The council objected for a host of reasons, including architectural style, site coverage and impact on neighbouring properties but we successfully argued that the proposed building was entirely appropriate and, for numerous reasons, should be granted.
