Planning permission has been granted for a revised proposal to construct 2 new detached luxury homes on Sandbanks, Poole. The proposal to re-style and increase the height of 2 previously approved houses had proven to be controversial with neighbours of the site. However, Senior Associate Robin Henderson was able to demonstrate to the members of the planning committee that the effects would be positive and complementary to the character and living conditions at the site. The committee voted unanimously to grant permission.
