Planning permission was granted at committee with officers recommendation for approval for a comprehensive residential redevelopment of a former caravan Park in Highcliffe with 46 new homes. We first of all acted for the landowner to secure an outline permission which enabled the site to be sold on the open market at best value. We then continued to work for Pennyfarthing who acquired the site to obtain a detailed planning permission. The process was relatively complex with numerous issues however we were able to deal with all issues in a pragmatic manner and negotiate through an approval at the local level. The proposals were well received by most which is testament to the hard work at the early design stages by Trinity Architects and the various consultants in putting together the application and accompanying evidence base. The proposals will provide a high quality residential development in the centre of Highcliffe.
