Planning permission obtained for a relatively small scheme of 3 flats and 4 houses in St Leonards. This site is of particular interest because the council have a history of refusing backland developments along this road, including on the adjoining site. We have over the years been over turning these decisions on appeal. This scheme was approved by the council at application stage with no contributions other than towards Heathland Mitigation.
