Ken Parke Planning has successfully obtained planning permission for an 84 bedroom Premier Inn Hotel in Ringwood. The project will see an £8.5 million investment and upwards of 30 jobs in what will be the largest hotel in the New Forest.
Ken Parke Planning provided advice from the initial feasibility stage and worked with the architects and planners through early design stages to present a scheme that, despite strong opposition from the Town Council and other hoteliers, was very well accepted by the planning committee who did not hesitate to grant planning permission.
