GREEN LIGHT: KPPC has secured planning consent for a five-storey development in Bournemouth (Picture: Arc Architecture)
Our managing director Ken Parke spoke at a BCP Council planning committee to win approval for an application for residential development in Bournemouth.
Councillors gave the green light for the scheme to demolish a 1950s block of clifftop flats and replace it with a modern, five-storey building with 19 apartments.
They had previously refused an application for the Purbeck Court site in Boscombe Overcliff Drive four months ago but agreed to a re-submitted application with minor changes to parking arrangements.
We were pleased to act for Collerino Developments to secure consent for this well-designed and high-quality scheme which will breathe new life into a prominent seafront site.
