It’s been a milestone year for Ken Parke Planning Consultants (KPPC) as we celebrated our 21st anniversary.
We advised on a host of planning matters – including pre-application negotiations, planning applications, approvals and appeals, public inquiries, informal hearings and written representations – for a variety of clients from SMEs and large developers to private clients across the south.
We were also very pleased to announced that our Planning Director Adam Bennett and Operations Director Kat Burdett were taking over the shareholding of KPPC under a management buy-out as part of a long-established succession planning strategy by our founders Ken and Angela Parke.
Ken assumed a new role as our Chief Executive Officer and he is continuing to provide full planning consultancy services while Angela continues as Chief Financial Officer.
We also welcomed Jenny James as an Associate Planning Consultant to help us meet rising demand for our services.
We secured numerous planning permissions and positive outcomes for our clients in 2024 – including a recent approval for 196 homes at Totton in Hampshire.
It’s been a pleasure to work with our valued clients, expert partners and fellow consultants during 2024.
A busy year, it also included a number of planning reforms proposed by the new government. We’ll continue to keep you up to date on the latest changes and what these mean for your project or plans.
It’s already shaping up to be an exciting 2025 – and please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our friendly, knowledgeable and professional team to find out how we can help you or your business in the year ahead.
